Risa is experiencing a problem with the solar charge controller.  It began with values being reported via the web interface and modbus/tcp requests being clearly wrong.  It would sometimes show that the array was producing zero amps, even though the battery was receiving charges in excess of 10 amps.  Other times, it showed values orders of magnitude greater than what my array is capable of producing.  After a long email exchange with support, they could find no reason, other than blame it on my “old equipment”.  I did know that it was old stock, but unused when I purchased it last winter.   Most recently, the web interface is completely dead – no link light or anything.  Researching that issue, I happened across this from energy matters forums.  It seems that there is a way to cause a hardware failure using their control software.  Yes, I did execute a software reset–something that support never asked me about, nor warned about.  I will be putting in a claim over the winter.
